Hmm.
I don't know. I would say that Unix is Catholic. No nonsense old school and solid as a rock :D
But then I tend to be biased towards *nix.

I'd have to agree, if there's any Catholic OS its Unix. But more because developers to some degree have to give of themselves to build up something greater than themselves(the Church) for the benefit of all users(Christians).
