Need a simple Flash ad made for free

I have no experience with flash, but I wanted to make a simple flash ad for Catholictuner, is there anyone who would be willing to do it for me?

We are moving several of the websites in our Diocese to Joomla and this is the tool that we bought to quickly create a flash header on the websites. I works well and doesn't require any experience programming flash.
